SHIPPING AND RETURNS, FREE GROUND SHIPPING on orders over $200, excludes Wholesale Accounts
Shipping Charges will be calculated during the check out process. Shipping costs are based on weight of the order and how far your location is from our shop. You will have the opportunity during check out to either approve the shipping charges or cancel the order.
UPS Shipping
All Orders are shipped via UPS Standard Ground, 3-Day Select, or 2nd Day Air to the United States only. We ship from 175 McClellan Hwy. East Boston MA 02128 across the United States. Weekend or holiday delivery is not available.
We make no guarantee on delivery time and are not responsible for delays caused by UPS.
Time: UPS Ground: Orders that ship UPS ground normally take 2-7 days for delivery depending on how far your location is from one of our warehouses. Excluding weekends and holidays.
Time: 3 Day Select: (Usually 3 Day Select is twice as fast as Ground) Selecting 3 Day Select does NOT mean you will receive your order three days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships, it will ship UPS 3 Day and arrive in three business days. Excluding weekends and holidays.
Time: 2nd Day Air: Selecting 2nd Day Air does NOT mean you will receive your order 2 days after the order is placed. It means that once your order actually ships, it will ship UPS 2nd Day and arrive in 2 business days. Excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order using the actual UPS published counter rates by UPS online.
Embroidery & Screen Printing Orders: require 7 to 10 additional days before shipping.
Back Orders: No additional shipping will be charged on back orders. You pay only the original shipping charge. All backorders not shipped with the original order will be shipped at our expense.
Military APO and FPO: None, Since UPS will not deliver to APO's or FPO's we cannot deliver to these addresses.
International Orders: None. We do NOT accept orders for shipment outside the U.S.A.
Returns
We will gladly replace a garment or refund your money (with original retailer's receipt) if you are not satisfied for any reason. Please feel free to call our special customer service line with any comments at 617-567-8212.
For faster service, please place your reorder online and return your unwanted product for a refund.
Stars Apparel is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective or damaged during shipping. Please allow 30 days for returns processing to be completed.
For items purchased by Credit Card, or ATM/debit check card, please note that your card will be credited for the item returned.
Please be aware that when you request an exchange, your credit card is credited for the charges incurred on your original order for the item returned.
